Civil Engineering Student
Erik Elliott is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, earning two bachelors degrees in Civil Engineering and History. Throughout his college career Erik has taken several classes that pertain to the Alpha Iota Lodge project including: Soil Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Hydroscience, Structural Analysis, Materials for Construction, Environmental Engineering Processes, Hazardous Waste Remediation, and Coastal Engineering. His work as a former undergraduate researcher with the Recycled Materials Resource Center has prepared him in data acquisition and critical thinking. Erik's recent completion of his senior capstone design
course has given him the opportunity to act as a hydraulic engineer in the designs for the Rapid Croche Boat Transfer Station on the Fox River. Starting in June 2018, Erik will be working with Westwood Professional Services developing commercial grade renewable energy sites.
